Where does our data live?
Your member, payment, and attendance data lives in your own database — it's never shared across gyms.
Do you support Telebirr and CBE Birr?
Yes — payments can be recorded as cash, Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank transfer, each with its own history per membership.
Can staff and owners have different access?
Yes. Owners can toggle exactly which capabilities staff accounts have — managing plans, recording payments, and sending reminders — and create or remove staff logins themselves, all from the Settings tab.
Do you support multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own members, plans, class schedule, and staff — owners can switch between branches or view everything combined.
Can members check their own membership status?
